Community energy comes of age

Local, small-scale, usually renewable energy projects developed and then operated by groups of ordinary people have come to be labeled ‘community energy’ projects. And the sector is growing, notwithstanding a couple of recent setbacks, reports Will Cottrell of the Brighton Energy Cooperative.
