Energy Community countries have tough renewables road to follow

The growth in of renewables in large parts of Europe has been impressive, and many targets previously seen as ambitious are now being met. But progress is not so good in some countries of Eastern Europe and the western Balkans, collectively known as the Energy Community, as Mark Rowe writes.
