Effective cargo measurement

The Energy Institute’s (EI) HMC-4 Oil Transportation Measurement Committee suggests that procedures for the use of storage tank instrumentation need to be reviewed in order to take full advantage of new developments and to limit the need to access tank roofs. However, the need to obtain product samples from tank roofs remains an issue.
