The global coal conundrum

In Europe at least, the use of coal is going out of fashion. But this is not the situation in several other parts of the world, where coal forms a very major part of the power generation industry. Here, Matt Brown from Pöyry discusses how co-firing with biomass and carbon capture and storage may be the keys to keeping a long-term role for coal.
