These proceedings provide a summary of topics presented and discussed at an EI technical workshop on decentralised energy, held in London, 9 September 2016.
These proceedings have been prepared as a non-verbatim record of the workshop. They describe:
- the basis and objectives for the workshop;
- the methodology used;
- the findings of the pre-workshop survey, and
- the common issues identified by workshop participants.
- The report explores the health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) issues facing the developing decentralised energy industry and identifies areas which may warrant future industry collaboration to improve HSEQ performance and mitigate risks.
These proceedings will be of interest to anyone working within the energy generation industry, or other industries considering the installation or use of decentralised energy assets.
