Decentralised solar rising in Spain, but politics may stall further progress

Spain has at times led the way in developing renewable energy in Europe but, as in the UK, there have also been quiet periods as government support has dwindled. Here, Robert Stokes reports from Málaga on the prospects for PV and wider energy policies in the upcoming month’s general election.
