MOL Group’s Slovanaft subsidiary has acquired 100% of Normbenz Slovakia in a deal that includes 16 service stations operating under the Lukoil brand in Slovakia. MOL has also concluded a deal to buy Marché International, which operates nine restaurants in Hungary under the Marché brand.

The acquisitions form part of MOL’s ‘Shape Tomorrow’ 2030+ strategy that includes plans to develop the group’s food and convenience offers and fuel retail network expansion.

The Slovakian forecourts will be rebranded Slovnaft, adding to the company’s 254-strong network.
