Greenergy completes acquisition of Amber Petroleum

Greenergy has completed its acquisition of Amber Petroleum, an independent fuel retailer and distributor based in the Republic of Ireland.

The deal gives Greenergy a growing presence in Ireland, where it currently markets through Inver Energy.
