Chrysaor and Premier complete all-share merger to create Harbour Energy

The all-share merger of Chrysaor Holdings and Premier Oil has completed, with the new company to trade under the name Harbour Energy.

When announced in October last year, it was said that the merger would create the largest independent oil and gas company on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), with a combined North Sea production of over 250,000 boe/d.
