In the EV world, a report from Rystad Energy suggests that a shortage of lithium could be expected by 2027. Furthermore, lithium mining requires large amounts of water, and can release 15 tonnes of CO2 per tonne of product. Hence, recycling and lithium alternatives, are being planned in Poland.
