Total transformation

At Total’s 2 June 2021 Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, shareholders approved, almost unanimously, the resolution to change the company’s name from Total to TotalEnergies, anchoring its strategic transformation into a broad energy company.

In tandem with the name change, TotalEnergies is adopting a new byline – ‘Energy is life’.
