In UK, a source of lithium, one of the essential commodities for electrical propulsion, has emerged in the shape of geothermal waters. Cornwall Lithium has completed the construction of a geothermal waters test site, and installed a demonstration mine. The potential size of the reserve is expected to be defined in Autumn 2021, with the prospect of a larger plant by end March 2022.
