Fuels and combustion in heat engines
This book evolved from an MSc course, 'Fuels and Combustion' presented at Cranfield University. The text falls into three headings as suggested by the title: fuels, combustion and heat engines and all are interlinked as necessary. Emphasis has been placed on the various types of gas turbine engine as well as some coverage of ramjets, rockets and piston engines.
