Azerbaijan quietly stokes its strength in global markets

The rush to tap the oil and gas riches of the Caspian region has seen governments, the European Union (EU) and producers shuttling back and forth between the major players in the region - Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. Enthusiastic noises and predictions are made about the first three of these former Soviet Republics. Azerbaijan, by contrast, sometimes appears to progress under the radar. Mark Rowe reports.
