CCS should be financed by enhanced oil recovery

Here, Hugh Sharman discusses how using captured carbon dioxide to enhance oil recovery in mature fields can help keep our lights switched on and reduce our pending massive trade deficit caused by the declining hydrocarbon extraction in the North Sea.
