Buncefield - the final report

The explosions and fires at the Buncefield oil storage depot near Hemel Hempstead in December 2005, triggered a fundamental review by the oil industry and regulators of large-scale petroleum storage. The Process Safety Leadership Group (PSLG) - formed in response to the incident - has now produced a final report including the full and final guidance on the 25 recommendations set by the Major Incident Investigation Board.
