Building sustainability into refurbishment

Refurbishing existing buildings for sustainability - while ensuring usability - is always going to be more of a challenge than building new, low energy buildings, writes Matthew Hill. Article uses the Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre in Leeds as a case study.
