A positive outlook

Despite Europe's economic woes and lower tank storage utilisation rates reported by some operators, the region's bulk storage sector is still achieving a fairly stable level of returns. Some operators are even expanding their European operations, while others are focusing on overseas development opportunities, particularly China and 'Greater Singapore'.
