Shell signs Yuzivske field agreement
Shell has signed an agreement with the Ukrainian government that gives the green light to the company’s operation at the Yuzivske field, from where it plans to extract both shale gas and tight gas in addition to conventional gas. The field is estimated to contain between 3tn and 3.5tn cm of gas deposits, with first gas is expected in 2015.
