IC Powers sells interest in Peruvian generator
IC Power is selling to Enersis its approximate 21% indirect interest in Edegel, a company that currently owns 1,540 MW of capacity in Peru. Law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy advised IC Power on the transaction.
