Unipetrol acquires remaining shares in Czech refiner

Unipetrol is understood to be buying Eni’s 32.445% share in the Czech crude oil refinery Ceska Rafinerska for €30mn ($40.8mn), boosting its stake in the oil refiner to 100%. Late last year, Unipetrol bought Shell’s 16% stake in the refiner for $27.2mn.
