Cluff enters MoU with Halliburton for underground coal gasification development

Cluff Natural Resources has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Halliburton Manufacturing and Services with a view to collaborating on the development of CLNR’s underground coal gasification (UCG) and southern North Sea gas assets in the UK.
