Asia-Pacific oil and gas demand mixed in 2013

The Asia-Pacific region has limited oli and, to a lesser extent, gas reserves, restricting its ability to expand production and leaving it dependent on increasing imports to meet exoanding regional demando. Chris Skrebowksi reports.
